On New Year’s Eve I visited the West Siberian city of Barnaul. It is a very nice and richly decorated city. Everywhere you can see New Year garlands and figures. Especially I was pleased with a rich array of different flowers))). Near every institution along the main streets there were their own figures or greetings for the new year!
What was disappointing was that they didn’t clear the snow for all this splendor, so even in the center of town some of the sidewalks turned into narrow paths. However, this will not stop you from admiring the central streets of the city.
